About Carl Reynolds
Carl joined Peterson, Reynolds and Roberts Law Firm as an associate following his call to the bar. Prior to joining the firm, Carl articled at a full service firm in Toronto. Carl focuses his practice on commercial litigation, business law, employment law and construction law.
Born and raised in Toronto, Carl attended the University of Toronto where he earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science in 2009, and attended Wilfrid Laurier University where he earned an Masters of Business Administration in 2000. Carl attended the University of Ottawa, where he earned a Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude.
As a law student, Carl worked as a Research Assistant on the Corporate Misreporting and Investor Rights Research Project through the Law Foundation of Toronto and as a Research Assistant at the University of Ottawa’s Centre for Law, Technology and Society. Carl also participated in the Global Technology Law and Policy exchange program between the University of Ottawa and the University of Haifa in Israel. In addition, Carl was an active “mooter” throughout law school. He competed in the 2017 Harold G. Fox Canadian Intellectual Property Moot and won for best appellant factum and best overall mooting team. In addition, Carl was a semifinalist at the 2018 Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot in England.
Outside of work, Carl is an avid Rangers fan, enjoys consistently adding to his vinyl collection and spending time with his friends and family.
